I know this site is in Russian but there's Google Translate which does the job pretty well :)
It's worth a visit because there's such a huge collection of books there in all different formats, mainly .pdf, .chm and .djvu. Search the keywords like "Data Structures" and you'll get a whole page of links that you can slowly read through. Clicking on the links will open up a new tab/window with the file, so you don't have to download anything unless you want to.
The quality of the book is pretty awesome too! It's super clear!
